  Securely pack your jewelry in its original GOLDMONKEYJEWELRY box and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure fast processing.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
